Q1: What services do you provide as a Research Analyst?

I provide research-based intraday and swing trading recommendations, market insights, and analytical views across equity cash, futures, and options segments. My services are limited strictly to research and analysis.

Q2: Do you provide personalized investment advice?

No. I provide general research recommendations only. I do not offer personalized investment advice, portfolio management, or execution services.

Q3: Are returns or profits guaranteed?

No. There is no assurance or guarantee of returns. Securities markets are subject to market risks, and past performance is not indicative of future results.

SEBI Registration and Compliance

Q4: Are you SEBI registered?

Yes. I am a SEBI Registered Research Analyst (Registration No: INH000018540), registered under SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014.

Q5: Where can investors verify your registration?

My registration details can be verified on the official SEBI website under the Research Analyst section.

Q6: What disclosures do you provide?

I provide all mandatory disclosures including MITC, Disclaimer & Disclosures, Investor Charter, and grievance redressal information as required by SEBI.

Q13: What does “ABOVE” mean?

“ABOVE” means the trade should be executed only after the price trades above the mentioned level. Entering before confirmation is not advised.

Q14: Is CMP an entry recommendation?

No. CMP is provided only for reference. Entries must follow the specified trigger conditions.

Risk and Investor Responsibility

Q15: Is your service suitable for all investors?

No. My services are suitable only for investors who understand market risks and have the financial capacity to bear losses.

Q16: Do you execute trades for clients?

No. I do not execute trades, place orders, or operate client trading accounts. All trading decisions and executions are the investor’s responsibility.

Q17: Can losses exceed expectations?

Yes. Due to volatility, slippage, and liquidity risks, losses may exceed anticipated levels, particularly in derivatives.

Fees, Payments, and @valid UPI

Q18: Do you charge fees?

Yes. My services are subscription-based. Fee details and validity are clearly disclosed on my website.

Q19: What is a @valid UPI ID?

A @valid UPI ID is a bank-issued UPI ID specifically for SEBI-registered intermediaries, ensuring secure and compliant fee collection.

Q20: Can payments be made to personal UPI IDs?

No. Payments must be made only to the disclosed @valid UPI ID or verified bank account details. Payments to personal, third-party, or unverified UPI IDs are not permitted.

Q21: What is SEBI Check?

SEBI Check is an online verification facility provided by SEBI that allows investors to independently verify the authenticity of bank account details and @valid UPI IDs of SEBI-registered intermediaries.

Q22: How can investors use SEBI Check?

Investors can use SEBI Check through SEBI’s official website or the SEBI Saarthi App by entering the bank account number and IFSC code or the disclosed @valid UPI ID.

Q23: Why should investors verify payment details before making payment?

SEBI strongly advises investors to verify payment details through SEBI Check before making any payment. This helps prevent fraud, impersonation, and misdirected payments.

Q24: How can investors identify a Validated @valid UPI ID?

A Validated @valid UPI ID can be identified by the @valid suffix, a thumbs-up icon inside a green triangle, and a distinctive QR code displayed during payment.
